“My Delicious Veg.Thali~ 358 : Patholi (Sweet Dumplings in Turmeric Leaves), Keerlu- Ambade Gashi (Bamboo Shoots- Hogplum Curry), Air- Fried Kananga Podi (Sweet Potato Fries), Tomato Saaru (Saar), SheetHa (Rice), Triangular Roti/ Chapathi” … its monsoon delicacies in my thali here … Yummilicious …

** Monsoon is that time of the year when there are some dishes that are prepared often and relished like patholi, hogplum and keerlu all of which are available only during this season. Somehow these days I do not prepare much of a complete thali meal and when I do then it’s a joy to relish the same. Somehow due to heavy workload pressure I could not prepare patholi as often as I would have loved to this season, so tried out a some with a few leaves that were available with my vendor.

** Without running into explanations let me straight away share links to the recipes of the dishes shared in thali as is my usual practice with thali post. In all definitely a delicious home cooked meal that is not only healthy for your family but also very easy to prepare. Try it out on weekends or when you have guest coming over or when you have, time and all family members can enjoy the same. Remember a family that enjoys a delicious meal sitting together is a family that bonds forever.
