Some combo dishes are simply out of this world as they compliment each other so well that one always ends up eating a few more bites … here is one of my favorite appo- kempa (red) chutney combo … “Urad- Rice Appo (Paniyaram) served with Coconut- Onion Red Chutney (South Indian Style) and Ginger Tea (Adraki Chai)” … try these delicious soft- spongy appos dunked in this equally tasty chutney and enjoy a scrumptious breakfast … Yummilicious ….
** I have often mentioned the importance of a proper breakfast, the first meal of the day before you hit the road. It is necessary to have a protein based breakfast and with all those cereals entering the market by loads, one must pause to think on the consequences of consuming them as they are not at all healthy.
** Have you ever given a thought on how can anything with addition of preservatives be healthy. Think about it, it can never be how much ever tall the claim be, so make it a point to cook simple meals by planning well ahead to avoid rushing about in prime time. A healthy family is something we all wish to have, don't we?
