** Once again posting a Delicious combo of dishes in “My Thali” for all my friends here. This one is a very simple Thali with my most favorite dishes included. I must say this is one of the most satisfying meals as it includes my favorite talasani of Tendle (Gherkin/Ivy Gourd), I simply love that bhaji and can relish it every day if need be and never tire of the same. Podi is also one the favorite items in my home and though I fear of deep fried things, somehow I cannot altogether abandon them. Again, I will not run into any details here on any individual dishes as they are all shared in individual posts. This is just a combination pattern for you to follow if at all you are confused as to what you want to prepare if you have friends or relatives over for lunch / dinner. Today’s is again a typical traditional heartwarming Amchi, GSB Konkani Saraswat dishes in the Thali.
