My Thali~70.

"My Thali~70... Spicy Tomato Bajji, Spicy Sannapolo with Sweet Corn (Jolu)~ Cabbage~Rice and Jwari, Raw Mango Pickle, French Bean Upkari (Bhaji), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal) and Rice (SheetHa)" ... in the last few days have had too much of sweet dishes, so decided today on a healthier but spicier dishes for lunch ... Yummilicious ...

** Once again posting My Thali for all my friends here. Again, a complete Konkani Saraswat Cuisine dishes thali, that is loved by all amchies. Sannapolo / sanna khotto or sanna idly are all same just prepared in different methods. This is one dish that I love very much and I keep preparing it often in my home with different combos. These are relished as a side dish during lunch/dinner time with other dishes. This one goes very well when served with dailtoy (spiced tuvar dal) and rice. I have in my cooking period of over 30 yrs prepared so many types of sannapolo with different flours and different combo of veggies that I have lost the count. Over the years however, the pattern of eating and relishing food has changed. We are always conscious of eating healthy food and if at all we relish it with loads of calories we die of guilt.

** So today, I gave one more healthier twist to sannapolo and prepared it with corn, cabbage, rice and jwari, and it turned out delicious. Once again, I will not run into any details here on any individual dishes as they are all shared as individual posts. This is just a combination pattern for you to follow if at all you are confused as to what you want to prepare if you have friends or relatives over for lunch / dinner. Sharing the links to each of the items below, please go through the link for the recipe that you desire to try out. Do check in the other sannapolo recipes to as you will find them in many combinations in the blog. Thanking all for being so helpful and co-operative that it always motivates me to make more. Try these combos and enjoy with your family and friends.
