** Sukke is a traditional semi dry masala side dish from GSB Konkani Saraswat Cuisine loved by almost all. All those who browse through my blog are aware that this is a delicious dish served during meals with either dal or tomato saaru along with rice. It is a simple yet fantastic combo meal and addition of a few fries/ crispies/ void/ papads/ bajia (bajo) served makes the meal that much more appealing and tastier.
