** There days when you yearn to try out a new dish and then one thing leads to another and before you realize you back begins ache coz. you have gone overboard with workload. Yes that’s what exactly happened a few days back I wanted to prepare egg curry, when ahead and thought why not accompany it with biryani and then raita to was tagged along as it is a must with biryani and lo there you have a full thali meal.
** Sharing my delicious non. Veg thali meal that includes coconut milk veg. biryani. Groundnut masala egg and vegetable curry along with onion raita and papad. Definitely a scrumptious meal that hubby and I enjoyed after a long time. I know I will need to take it low for next few days but then sometimes temptations do take front seat; isn’t it??? I am sure you will all agree with me on this front, as we have all faced them.

** For “Bajjili Happolu (Roased Spicy Pappad)” … I have used store bought red chilly papad and just roasted them over open flame and served it immediately. You can apply a thin film of coconut oil above the papads after roasting if desired as it tastes awesome when done so, however, that’s individual choice.
