** There was a time when fish and other non-veg dishes ruled in my Kitchen, but over years somehow it has declined due to back to back health issues and added to it was the problem of pandemic we all faced, so for over an year it has been somehow juggling between workload from office and home and could never manage to prepare much of fish dishes, though I did prepare them a few times. But, after long time went to fish market, found some fresh Bolanjir/ Silver Fish called as Mothyale fish in Konkani and bought some to prepare gashi along with a few slices of surmai/ visonu/ king fish for fries.
