Curd Dipped Egg Salad with tomato, cucumber, radish and onion rings.......


Beat one cup of curds with ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp coarsely crushed pepper and keep aside. 


Hard boil two eggs and once cooled remove the shell, cut into ring shape of 1/3 inch thickness and keep aside.



Slice into rings one tomato, one cucumber, one radish and one large size onion. Add the prepared curd to this and mix well. Arrange on a platter and top with boiled egg rings.


Sprinkle some salt and coarsely crushed pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve as salad with any dish.
