Chilled Pineapple Mosambi Juice to beat the summer heat .......
Summer heat in India is at its peak now. To avoid dehydration's one should consume plenty of liquids in any form. Fruit juices and tender coconut water is the best during summer months. Lime juice is another juice that can be taken in plenty. I like combining fruits to create new varieties of juices, also to have something different and also enjoy them while in season.
To make Pineapple Mosambi Juice : Slice off the skin and any thorny eyes on the pineapple and chop to medium sized pieces to get about 4 cups.
Peel of the skin of 2 large sized mosambi and remove the seeds and keep them ready. In a mixer / blender put in the pineapple and mosambi along with ½ cup of sugar and blend well.
Remove and sieve through a medium sized sieve. Keep it in the fridge.
To Serve : Serve the juice chilled by pouring them in tall glasses.
