“Combo Breakfast: Egg Omelette, Sabudana- Onion- Methi Leaf Bajo (Bajia/ Fritters), Tomato Ketchup, Ginger Tea, Tava Fried Bread Slices” … Omelette has always been a favorite breakfast item in my home … fritters are from leftover batter ... served them with tava fried bread slices and ginger tea … a delicious tummy filling breakfast before you hit the road … Yummilicious …

** Whenever I need to go out on official outdoor duty which takes a good 5-6 hours, I prefer to start the day with a good breakfast before hubby and me hit the road so that we have a comfortable day before we return back home for lunch which is almost teatime sometimes. Eggs are always filling and so are Idly sambar to begin the day with that keep our hunger pangs at bay until we return home in the evening. Well, there are plenty of items that fit the bill and this one is just one of them.

** Last evening I had prepared these sabudana fritters for my friends who had dropped on a friendly visit and they really loved it. I had some leftover batter, which had to be finished off, so I prepared these for breakfast along with egg omelette and it was wonderful in all.
