Yummilicious ...
** It’s not often that I share Thali posts these day though I end up preparing them atleast twice a week, but then most of them have already been shared with some changes in veggies etc. so I really find it no point in doing so. In my home we always enjoy a meal of dalitoy (spiced tuvar dal) and sheetHa (rice) with some masala curry/ upkari/ sannkhotto- polo/ bajo/ ambado for accompaniment. In addition, when with rains these meals taste that much more delightful, especially when you are trapped in home/ office and are unable to go out anywhere else. My special thanks to all those who queried on my health due to infrequent postings these days, trust me it meant a lot.
** Sharing another delicious thali with our favorite items from our own GSB Konkani Sarawat Cuisine. Kirlaile kulitha ambado/ sprouted horse gram vadas are a delight to much on and the last time I prepared they had vanished immediately decided to prepare them again to enjoy them with meals this time. Chakko as you all know is a semi dry masala dish prepared with tender raw jackfruit/ kadgi which is still available in Mumbai, though the season is nearing its end, so prepared the same before it vanishes. Bhenda upkari ie a bhaji prepared with lady's finger/ okra is an accompaniment I prepared to add on more veggies into the meal and make it that much more healthier.
** In all I must say we enjoyed this meal very much and hopefully will be sharing more soon, till then do try these out and if possible let me know if you enjoyed the dishes. As I have already shared the recipes to each of the dishes on thali separately before, I am just adding on links to each one of them below which you may click on, browse through and try them out as and when desired.
