Yummy Thali : Mitkesaang (Gavar) ani Batato Ghalnu Sukke / Cluster Beans and Potato Semi Dry Curry, Beetroot Upkari / Bhaji, Dalitoy / Spiced Dal, Sheetha / Rice, Fried Patanjali Pappad, Kokum Beetroot Lasooni Chaas (Buttermilk) And Alphonso Mango ......
This one again is a great combination Thali, though one thing is missing here. Yes you guessed it right. One fried item like, bhajia, bajo, pakoda would have pleased my family more I guess, but by the time I finished cooking these and my other office works, I had neither the mood nor the strength to add another dish here.
Then what does one do, yes went ahead and fried some pappads. Recently I had purchase Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali pappad which I found good. So just added on a few pappads and during mango season dessert is always anything with mango or mango by itself. Yumz.
** Given below are the links to the recipes in the picture above, do follow the links for the detailed recipes with more pictures. Also try this combination of Thali, when you have guest or friends over for dinner / lunch ... they will simply love it. You can also add on some fried items if desired, I am sure it will be a hit with them. Enjoy.
