Whenever I am in hurry and find it difficult to weave the jackfruit leaves, I always place them in tumblers / paper cups / glasses / bowls and prepare khotto …. Easy way out …. A superb combo for Lunch. Vaali - Popashpala Ambat / Malabar Spinach – Raw Papaya Curry Seasoned with Onions is a medium spiced dish that is a bit sweet and tangy too coz. of addition of jaggery. This dish goes very well with freshly cooked Red boiled Rice or any other rice of your preference. You can also serve with with Idly, the way I do. I simply love this curry with Idly / khotto / Dosa or Appo too. They are a great combo. You can serve the same with poori or roti too.
