Banana Milk Shake With Masala Milk Powder ........
Festival time and oh no ..... I always get so many bananas along with the Prasadams, that I have to keep cracking my brains to do something new every time. Just skin them and eat .... I say and Naaaa comes the reply. Few days back I had prepared Masala Milk Powder for the very same reason that I had got lots of dry fruits as Prasadam. Collected them and added some from my very own kitchen and had this awesome powder ready. So I thought why not make Banana Milk Shake adding this powder for taste. So here is Banana Milk Shake with Masala Milk Powder, Very easy to make and very nutritious too. Above all the Prasadams also get used, which is the way i like it.
Take 2 glasses of chilled full fat milk (you can use skimmed milk too), add 2-3 tblsp of sugar (Plus or minus depending upon individual taste), Add skinned and chopped 2-3 bananas (should have about 2 cups of banana pieces) and blend well in a mixer / blender. See to it that the bananas have mixed in well. There should not be any small or large banana pieces left in the shake. Now add in 2 large tablespoons of masala milk powder (the link to the recipe of which is given below) and run the blender for another 2-3 minutes.
Now add ½ - 1 cup of crushed Ice cubes into the mixer / blender and once again blend till all the ingredients have mixed in well. Remove and serve in tall glasses sprinkling a bit of masala milk powder on top. Add a slice of banana on the rim of the glass for added attraction.
