Thali 17.


My Simple but Yummy Thali ..... Bhendi kurkuri / Microwaved Crispy And Spicy Lady's Finger with Masala, Batate katla upkari, Dalitoy, Sheetha And Curds .... 


One more healthy crispy item prepared on Microwave after the Karela's / Bitter Gourd ...... Indeed simple to make are very very crispy and tasty to munch on without any guilt ... So have a hearty Lunch / Dinner.


I prepared this Bhendi Kurkuri for lunch. I accompanied this crispy kurkuri with Potato bhaji, Spiced Dalitoy (Daal), Rice and Curds. Frankly, though simple, this was a very very good and healthy lunch, light on stomach and at the same time appealing to the taste. My family enjoyed this lunch very much. Do go ahead and enjoy with your family too.
