My Thali …. Mire Ghalnu Ambe' Upkari / Pepper Flavoured Mango Curry + Kali Tori (Black Tori / Pigeon Peas) Sukke With Bimbul + Thikshe ~ Midshe' ~ Amshe' ~ Godshe' Bimbla Gojju + Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal) + SheetHa (Rice) … Enjoy ….
My lunch / dinners are usually one or two item dishes as I prefer enjoying a single dish or two at the most and relish it with taste rather than get lost with many items crowded together. So I hardly get occasions where I have a thali with many items for presentation. Yes, off course festive times are there, plus when guests are invited and then there is always the occasion of Birthdays and Anniversaries.
But sometimes desire to enjoy a thali or when there are veggies that are otherwise going to get spoilt / wasted are also occasions when I end up with some dishes where a full thali can be presented. But my friends are always sending queries of combo lunches or thalies which they can follow on occasions. Guess I have to give a thought to the same too. As for now here it is, passing on the links to each dish so that all you have to do is click on that link of the dish which you would like to check up on.
