My Thali 56.


My Thali 56 ... Bikkanda Dado (Jackfruit Seeds Crushed Chutney), Tingalavre Kolumbo~ Batato~Vaingana~Tomato ghalnu (White Beans Sambar with Potato~Brinjal~Tomato), Arda Pikkile Ambe Gashi (Semi Ripe Mango Curry) and Ukde SheetHa (Red Boiled Rice) … A delicious Amchi dishes combo for lunch ... Yummilicious … 

** Once again posting My Thali for all my friends here. I will not run into any details here on any individual dishes as they are all shared in individual posts. This is just a combination pattern for you to follow if at all you are confused as to what you want to prepare if you have friends or relatives over for lunch / dinner. Today’s is a typical Amchi, GSB Konkani Saraswat traditional dishes in the Thali. Cooking red boiled rice / ukde sheetha is considered laborious and time consuming, but I use a faster method and get perfectly cooked rice using pressure cooker ….. Anybody can follow this simple method, cook and enjoy hot red ukada boiled rice with a spicy Veg / Non. Veg Curry
