** Those who love fish meals always crave for homemade curries they grew up relishing. Though nothing beats in taste of what Amma prepared once you move on in life and settle in other place you have to learn to go about trying them best as close to as possible in taste and enjoy them with lovely childhood memories. Sungata hinga uddaka ghalnu randai with narlele tela (that is prawns fish curry with bimbli/ tree sorrel fruit and topped with coconut oil) is a favorite amongst all fishitarians of GSB Konkani Saraswat Community and whenever I am able to get bimbul, which is rare, I always make it a point to prepare prawn curry as it imparts a delectable taste which both hubby and me love.
