Spicy Coconut Peanut Red Chutney.

Spicy Coconut Peanut Red Chutney ...... An awesome chutney that goes well with Dosa, Bread, Roti, anything ........

This one is a simple chutney that goes well with any dish. Easy to prepare and delicious too. 

Grind to a smooth paste : ½ cup of freshly grated coconut, with 10-12 skinned and chopped garlic, ¼ cup of roasted and husked peanuts, 1 small onion peeled and chopped, a small marble sized tamarind pieces and 1 large tablespoon of kashmiri red chilly powder with little bit of water. 

Remove and add in enough water to bind the chutney to a thick paste that can be spread easily. No need of seasoning for this chutney. The Spicy coconut peanut red chutney is now ready to be served with any dish of your choice.
