I have written many a times that I love to eat Idly or Dosa for lunch with some spicy curries and cutney. While this is very filling in tummy for lunch, I find it a bit heavy on breakfast, so have it for lunch. You can choose to prepare and relish them as per your desire. Idly’s are everybody’s fav. And khotto is same as Idly, but steamed in weaved jackfruit leaves baskets. I have already given the method of preparing the same elsewhere in the blog. Please choose the option bar for search and you are sure to get it. If its not available you can always prepare them as in any other molds of your choice, vaties, plates, tumbles etc.
** Hummana is as all of you’ll are aware a delicious medium spicy Konkani Saraswat curry seasoned with hing / asafoetida and coconut oil. Again Curry ~ Ginger ~ Coconut Chutney is also a spicy and delicious chutney filled with the goodness of nutrients available in both curry leaves and ginger.
