Thali No~ 395: Mullangi Pallo- Piyava Bajo (Radish Leaves- Onion Fritters/ Bajia), TamabadeBee Kooka Hinga Randai/ Hummana (Red Bean- Chinese Potato Curry), Poddale Upkari (Snake Gourd Bhaji/ Stir fry), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), Ukde SheetHa (Red Boiled Rice)” … all dishes in my thali today are from our own GSB Konkani Saraswat Cuisine that are time tested in almost every amchi kitchen … only bajo’s are given slight twist with addition of mullangi pallo/ radish leaves … in all a tummy filling, awesome meal … Yummilicious …
** Once again sharing my veg. thali and I have nothing more to say as the picture says it all. Again, the title too mentions our amchi meals are always a pleasure to relish and share too. Go ahead and prepare this in your kitchen and relish it with your family and friends, sure to be loved by all.
