My Non. Veg Thali~ 260.

"My Non. Veg Thali~ 260 : Vegetable Kochla Nonche (Pickle), Cauliflower- Batato (Potato) Upkari (Bhaji), Tallele Visonu (King Fish/ Surmai Fries), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... something’s are just meant to be I guess ... today's is an accidental meal as I had thought of going light with only dal- chawal- upkari ... but I could not refuse when I got a call from my fish vendor requesting to buy the last visonu she had so that she could go home soon ... Bang on, I reached her in 5 minutes and then went home early so that I could fry them for lunchtime for a hearty meal ... Yummilicious ...

** Ahhhaaa a lovely lunch today sort of unplanned one and I just love this accidental meal that happened out of the blue. As I had lots of pending work, I had just prepared bhaji and had decided to either fry papad or a few bajias after coming home for lunch. I was engrossed in my work while I received a call from my fish vendor requesting me to buy that one last surmai remaining with her so that she could leave home early. I told her I was busy and had no time, for which she assured she would, cut them, clean them and keep them ready in 15 mins so that I could just pick them without wasting time. That’s it, I landed up having fresh surmai/ king fish/ visonu pieces all ready to be seasoned and fried. Sharing links to dishes in the thali for recipes as they have already been shared, go ahead and do try them out and enjoy with family and friends.
