My Traditional Konkani Veg. Thali No~ 413.

“My Traditional Konkani Veg. Thali No~ 413: Donne Mirsange Bajo (Capsicum Bajia/ Fritters), Tingalavro- Keerlu ghalnu Koddel (White Beans- Bamboo Shoots Curry), Cabbage Upkari (Bhaji/ Stir Fry) Ukde SheetHa (Red Boiled Rice)” … its traditional dishes from GSB Konkani Saraswat Cuisine, all the way in my today’s platter … definitely a heartwarming meal … Yummilicious …

** As I often mention, brine items when cooked impart a unique taste of their own taking the curry to a different level. Somehow, I never tire of preparing traditional dishes and savoring them in true amchi style and today’s meal endorses it. I written all about these dishes in their respective posts and mentioning anything more will be repetitive and bore all of you. And, yes, please do include a simple veggie upkari/ bhaji/ stir fry on daily basis there by making it a daily routine for reaping health benefits.
