My Healthy Veg. Thali No~ 412.


“My Healthy Veg. Thali No~ 412 : Taushe Raita (Cucumber Curd Salad), Beetroot Upkari (Bhaji/ Stir Fry), Ambuli- Karbevu- Gosale Shire Gooli (Raw Mango- Curry Leaves- Ridge Gourd Skin Chutney), Ambuli Nonche (Raw Mango Pickle), Batate Happolu (Potato Papad), Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal), SheetHa (Rice)” … Cleaning the fridge is a mundane task we all love to hate, yet needs to be done time to time … I guess, clearing the fridge means more items as we need to finish off all veggies etc. that are screaming to be used … simple but tasty meal …off course now that the fridge is cleaned, the veggies are used, the stocking up load of work remains … till then enjoying this meal … Yummilicious …

** Cleaning the fridge means you end up finding more things in fridge that you had completely forgotten about and the final result is always that one ends up with more smaller quantity dishes for the meals. I am no different these day, I find so many things rolled back in the shelf's that needs to be either chucked off or used immediately. Anyways, done with the job and the fridge looks decent and is eagerly waiting to be filled up again, meanwhile here is my simple but delicious meal of the day. To make it more tastier I added on a deep fried potato papad and in all we enjoyed this heartily meal a lot.
