My Delicious Thali 156.

"My Delicious Thali 156 : Karathe' Kachri (Podi)/(Bitter Gourd Fries), Magge- Keerlu- Ambado ghalnu Koddel (South Indian Cucumber- Bamboo Shoots- Hogplum Garlic seasoned Curry), Boiled Egg Slices, Cucumber Slices, Dal Fry (with Moong/ Green Gram Dal), SheetHa (Rice)" ... had taken a few days break from kitchen, getting back slowly in form ... here is my delicious tummy satisfying lunch for today ... Yummilicious ...

** This one is really a very satisfying thali meal that I vouch for, which your friends and family will love. You can prepare this on weekend and have some tummy filling yummy dishes. I will not run into details about the dishes individually as they are all given in their relevant posts. However, I do want to make here a mention of the Karath’ Kachri. Kachri means wafers or chips. These are veggies sliced thin and deep fried till crisp either as it is or spiced. The best part of these kachri are they do not taste bitter and can be stored for a few weeks and relished as and when required. Cuts down on load burden when you are busy and have many things to attend to. You can prepare them a few days before and serve on the required occasion. Do check out the recipe and try out the same, all details in the link below. Once again, this is just a combo pattern for those who are in search of dishes to add on when friends or relatives are invited over. All you need is a sweet dessert to add along and your meal is sorted. It is always easier to serve some fruit custard or Ice cream instead of payasam as they can be prepared and kept a day ahead. You can check them out in the label at the right side of the blogs too. Do try out different dishes and if possible it would gladden me if you could send a feed back. Stay Blessed~ Spread Happiness.
