My Gudi Padwa Thali~116 And 2000 Post.

My Gudi Padwa Thali~116 And 2000 Post .... I am very happy to say that today on the auspicious day of Samsar Padvo with God's Grace and Hari Guru's Blessings ... my Blog "Gayathri Pai's Food Bytes" completes "2000" postings ... The Journey that began for fun has really made me very happy to have achieved this stage and it is all thanks to my friends here who always encourage me and keep me live and Kicking ... A Big Thanks to all of you ....

** Gudi Padva / Samsar Padvo / Ugadi is the beginning of new year for Hindus and I have already written in detail about this festival. I am sharing the link at the bottom of all links, you may please read on the same in that link in details about this auspicious festival. I just realized a day before when blogging that my next post coincidentally was Gudi Pava thali and it was my 2000th post in Blog. I had already short listed a list of to do’s recipes for the festival and wanted to keep it short this time as I was already blocked with loads of work.

** It was late in the evening, almost night time around 10 O’clock pm, when I blogged spicy beetroot pudina biryani that it showed up I was posting 1999th post. It then struck me that the next day being Samsar Padvo an auspicious day for us was falling in with my 2000th post. I had also prepared a few donations to be made which again co-incised with this occasion. Well, to cut short I had a lot to thank God for and this was a simple gratitude meal I arranged on last minute basis with whatever was available in my home. I even wanted to thank all my friends and my food group “Konkani Delicacies” members for being a part of my journey.

** Sharing My Samsar Padvo (Gudi Padva/Ugadi) Naivedyam Thali with all my friends here ...
I will not repeat the names of dishes as they have been numbered and edited on the main picture. Also below I have shared the link with the name of each dish. I Thank Lord Ganesha and Goddess Annapurna for giving me the strength to pull out through tough times and for being able to offer this humble thali at their lotus feet. IOnce again wishing all of you A Very Happy And Prosperous New Year 2019 ... Have a lovely day~Stay Blessed~Spread Happiness ...
