"My Simple Amchi Veg. Thali 111. ... Roasted Papad, Batato- Bikkand-Bibbo ghalnu Alle' Piyav Gashi/ Potato-Jackfruit Seed-Cashew Nut Ginger-Onion Curry, Cabbage-Piyav (Onion) Sanna Khotto (Muddo/Spicy Idly in Jackfruit leaves basket), SheetHa (Rice)" ... Yummilicious ...... 

** Today’s lunch was a real delight to relish hot as both the dishes were our favorite. All dishes were from “Konkani Saraswat Cuisine” which we love the best in my home. So, it’s once again Amchi dishes from our very own GSB community dishes that I have presented in my Thali. Go ahead and enjoy the visuals and try to include them into your daily diet, this meal is simply awesome. I am posting the links to that particular dishes in the Thali as is my usual pattern. Do go through the links of the individual dishes for the recipe and if you find any difficulty or are not able to follow something you can always leave a comment or mail me, I will be glad to help out. Do try out the dishes and enjoy with your family and friends.
