“My Thali 97… Deep Fried (Sun dried/Takka Mirsanga) Chillies Kismuri/Salad, Magge Koddel (South Indian Cucumber Garlic seasoned Curry), Chano-Harve Kele Upkari (Black Bengal Gram-Raw Banana Bhaji), Chane Tomato ghalnu Saaru (Saar), SheetHa (Rice)” … A delicious-healthy Amchi thali … Enjoy ..…

** Once again a simple Veg. Thali as the year comes to an end almost. The winter has set in and cold winds somehow tickle the bones and make them sore for me, so keeping the meals on lighter side and relished them hot to beat the chill. All the dishes have been posted before except for Deep Fried (Sun dried/Takka Mirsanga) Chillies Kismuri/Salad, which surprisingly has not been added despite blogging for 4 years. I myself could not believe it, when I checked my blog for the same, so clicked the same in a hurry as hubby was waiting for lunch to be served. Sometimes simple dishes escape being posted, kismuri is a dish prepared often in my home in various combinations, be it with fried happolu (red chilly papad), papads, vodi, suran, raw banana, karela, dried (takka mirsanga) chillies etc. I have posted many of them, somehow this one must have escaped slowly without my notice. Well, here it is now blogged so sharing all links to the recipes of dishes in the thali, as is my usual pattern with thali posts. Do go through the link for that particular recipe which you would like to prepare or you can follow this platter pattern and prepare the thali if you have guests or friends dropping in as that is the main purpose of posting of thali, which is now in demand from friends.
