** Sometimes the pleasure lies in eating simple healthy meals that are both light on tummy and on workload too. I have lots of work piled both in office and home not to mention the posts lying as drafts that are yet to be blogged. How I wish I had a few more hours a day and a few more hands too. Sigh, man is never satisfied and always craves for more. Frankly, I am not craving for more, I am more than satisfied with whatever little God has bestowed on me and that keeps me happy and going. I simply love the comfort of my small home, my office which is a stone throw away that really saves my travelling time in this hustled up city and gives me time to hop to and fro in case of emergencies. My long time desire to cook too has been satisfied in the recent years which previously had taken a back seat as I could not give much time to it as I was busy working almost round the clock till a few years back. Well, cutting my story short, let’s move to the dishes in the Thali, I have as my usual pattern on posting of Thali, made separate individual posts of the same, some newly added while some have been done so long back, so I will be sharing the links to the same only here. Do go through them for the recipes and yes, please do try out these dishes and enjoy with your family.
