My Thali 38.


My Simple Thali … With Simple and Delicious dishes ... 1. Crispy ~ Patrade Panna Podi / Colocasia Leaves Fries. 2. Cabbage ~ Onion Upkari / Bhaji / Sir Fry. 3. Guava / Peru Raita. 4. Dalitoy (Spiced Tuvar Dal). 5. SHeeta (Rice) …. Yummy Yumz ... 


This is a simple combination of dishes in my thali that can be enjoyed by young and old alike. It is a healthy thali though it does contain the podi, a tava fried item. But you can always fry them on non-stick cookware using very little oil. So this sure is a healthy one that can be had guilt free. The items in the thali are already mentioned above so will not repeat the same again, but will straight away add on the links to each of the items in the list.
