Mango Juice - 2.

Chilled Mango Juice ...... Loved for its taste, mango also has immense health benefits. Impressive amounts of vitamin C, vitamin A, and flavonoids like betacarotene, alphacarotene and beta-cryptoxanthin in mangos help provide benefits, such as healthy immune function, normal blood pressure, good vision and strong bones. Mango juice needs no introduction. They are plenty in season now. The king of fruits is Mango and the topmost in all of them is Alphonso specially from the Ratnagiri. They are so full of flesh and taste so sweet and juicy. I will not run into much details about Mangoes as everybody knows almost everything about Mangoes.

** To Prepare Juice: Just peel off the skin of the mangoes or slice them off as closely as possible. Slice off the fleshy portion as much as possible. Put this in a blender and grind to a smooth paste. Add some sugar (as per individual taste, also depending upon the sweetness off the mangoes) and further grind till the sugar has mixed in well. Add some water to bring it to thick juice consistency. Mangoe juice is ready. Put it in the fridge and serve chilled topped with some ice cubes.
