Green Grapes Juice.

Chilled Green Seedless Grapes Juice ...... Thanda Thanda Cool Cool ...... to beat the Mumbai heat that's just about started ....

Fruit should be an essential part of your daily diet because it supplies essential vitamins and minerals in abundance that contributes to your health. Green grapes are low in calories, contain zero grams of fat and pack a nutritional punch. The vitamins, minerals and fiber in fruit helps reduce your risk of many diseases. You should aim to include as many colors of fresh fruit as possible each day. 

Green grapes contain vitamins C and K. Vitamin C plays an important role in preventing infection and also promotes the health of your bones, teeth, gums and blood vessels. A serving of green seedless grapes is a healthy source of potassium and iron. Potassium aids in organ, tissue, muscle, cell and heart functions.

Eat a handful of green seedless grapes or juicing them up is a healthy and simple way to add this fruit to your diet. Halve green seedless grapes and add them to a fruit salad or a tossed green salad. Freeze whole green grapes for a refreshing treat on a hot day. Puree green grapes into a fruit smoothie or scatter them over a bowl of hot or cold cereal. 

To prepare this awesome juice ...... Just wash the 500 gms of  green seedless grapes and put it in a blender with 1 cup of water and blend to a smooth juice. 

Sieve (Optional) and serve chilled. I have not added anything else ... not even sugar. You can add sugar if you find that the seedless grapes are not very tasty. You can also squeeze in a bit of lime if the grapes are not a little bit sour. But do prepare and enjoy this delicious juice to beat that summer heat.
