Papaya Pineapple Grape Fruits Salad With Strawberry Ice Cream (Amul's), Topped with Strawberry Crush and Roasted Nuts ……..
Fruit salad Ice Cream’s are desserts that can be relished any time of the year. Fruits are available in plenty during winter season. I had unexpected guests dropping in, so I prepared this one in a hurry. I had no time to prepare Ice Cream, so I just got it ready from stores.
Roast small small pieces of cashew nuts and melon seeds together till lightly browned and keep them ready aside.
Chop medium sized papaya after peeled off the skin and removing the inner core and seeds. Cut them further into small bite sized pieces. Slice of the rough outer skin of the pineapple, remove the eyes on the flesh, also discard the inner thick core after cutting it vertically. Cut the pineapple also into small pieces. In a large bowl add both pineapple and papaya pieces. Add some black grapes cut into two horizontally and mix well. You should have about 10 cups of the cut fruits altogether. For this add 1 cup of sugar and mix well. Put it in a tight steel box and keep it in the fridge to chill.
For serving : Mix the prepared papaya pineapple grape mixture well. Put 1 cup of it into a serving bowl. Top it with a large scoop of strawberry ice cream. Pour over a tablespoon of strawberry crush (store bought). Now Sprinkle some roasted nuts and some sugar coated sweet (Optional). Serve immediately.
