Musk Melon topped with Mango Ice Cream .....
Remove the outer skin and clean off the inner seeds of one small sized musk melon. With the help of a rounded small spoon carve out some musk melon balls for topping on ice cream. Chop the remaining musk melon finely. You should have about 5-6 six cup of them.
Add 1 cup of sugar and crushed 1-2 crushed pudina / mint leaves (Optional) to the chopped musk melon, mix well and keep it in the fridge to cool.
For Serving : Take a large ice cream serving bowl add the musk melon pieces along with the melted sugar syrup. Top it with 2 scoops of Mango Ice Cream. Top with a glaced cherry and arrange the musk melon balls on the side. Sprinkle some sugar coated peppermint sprinklers on top and serve immediately. You can top the musk melon with any other flavoured Ice Cream too.
