Chilled Ginger-Lime Juice with Saffron and Cardamom


Chilled Ginger-Lime Juice with Saffron and Cardamom to beat the heat.


Add 6 tsp of sugar, 2 tblsp of grated ginger and ½ tsp of saffron to 1/2 cup of water and blend in a mixer well. Add 3 cups of water, juice of 2 medium sized lemons and a pinch of cardamom powder. 











Mix well and keep it in the fridge to cool. 


Remove and strain. Check for sweetness if necessary add a 1-2 tsp of sugar as per your taste. 



Serve chilled garnished with a few strands of saffron.
