Tawa Fried Suran.


Tawa Fried Suran / Surna Podi.

Cut Suran into Squares, Wash and pat dry. 


Make a mixture of chilly powder, pinch of hing powder, salt, pinch of dhania powder, pinch of haldi powder and mix well with the suran and keep it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. 


Make a mixture of 1:1 Rice powder and chiroti rava(fine rava). Coat the surans in this mixture by rolling it over and fry on tava adding a few tblsp of oil on both the sides. Serve hot with Dal-Chawal. 

If if find the suran getting burnt on the tava due to excessive dryness sprinkle some water and continue.
