Masala Dosa with Chutney and Potato Bhaji.











Everybody's Fav. Any season...Any time... MASALA DOSA with coconut chutney and potato-onion bhaji.


Urad dal 1 cup + chana dal ¼ cup + 1 tsp methi + 3 cups raw rice.


Wash and soak Urad and chana dal together and rice separately for 2-3 hrs with methi seeds. 


Grind them separately to a smooth paste and mix together. Add salt as required and leave to ferment overnight or at least 10-12 hrs. It may take more or less depending on the weather of the place.


Next day beat the mixture well to mix the batter evenly in circular motion. Heat tava add a large spoon ful of the batter and spread it on circular motion. Cook on medium heat till the bottom is crisp. 


Remove and serve hot with potato bhaji and chutney.
